I feel the same way about the manwha! I tried to stick with it, but honestly, I just couldn't get into it. The story had a lot of potential with the premise of PTSD and the complicated relationship between Won Yo-il and Kang Hee Jae, but it became hard to follow due to the toxic dynamics, and the constant focus on sex scenes really distracted from the deeper plot. I also felt like the pacing was off, and by chapter 19, I had to drop it too because it felt more like a cycle of repetitive drama rather than real character growth. It’s definitely not for everyone, but I get that some people might enjoy it despite these issues. Everyone's taste is different, so it’s okay to not vibe with it! ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
