This manhwa reminds me a bit of "a shoulder to cry on", the characters are a bit crazy and dramatic, we already saw that Cirrus has issues with his family. If he's curious about him being gay and even went so far to get some information, I guess he probably feels (more or less consciously) confused about his orientation. I don't think either of them is a bad person, they're just a bit weird and have no clue on how to properly communicate.

It was very realistic. The depiction of MC's anxiety and fears felt so real. Even though, luckily I've never had anxiety for school, I have social anxiety and the sense of oppression and panic he feels is very relatable.
The father needed therapy but I also blame the mother. She knew he was mentally ill and going away probably is the best choice in these cases, but not alone. She saved her 4ss and left her child alone, only with a useless phone number. She should've taken him with her or at the very least try to be in contact with him, try to check on him, not suddenly disappear. If he has such a sick relationship with his dad, it's also her fault.
The friends were good people and yes, they got interested in him because the girl felt guilty and the guy saw he was as alone as him, but isn't that how it always works? You don't begin any relationship if you don't have an interest, something to gain, it's always like this. Also Mc clinged to them because he was alone and he got closer to the guy because he wanted to know how he studies. But when you realised that there are motives behind every action, even the good ones... it hurts. The only way to get out of this situation, the only way to avoid running away from every person is realising that they are good people, they they really cared for him and tried to help him as much as they could.
But how can you help someone that doesn't want to be helped? The finale with them leaving him is also realistic. Mc tried many times to push his friends away, they came back several times but at one point you just give up. You can't be the hero and saviour of someone who doesn't want to be saved, I don't blame them.
Once he realized he was alone for real now, once he realized he was alone with his father, once he realized he became worse than before... it was too late.
That being said, realism sucks so I'll just pretend the story ended at the ice-cream scene.

Don't judge this story from the these few chapters, MC's issues will be addressed. First of all there was some sort of time skip between the scene with his wife and the sex shop scene bc in the mean time he has lost his job, he got a divorce, he became friend with the policeman etc. it's not like one day he was with his with his wife and the next he's talking about sex with a dude he met 5 minutes ago...
Second of all, sex is the way he copes with his trauma, so yeah expect a lot of sex in the next chapters. MC's mental state is the main topic of this manwha so wait before saying it's a superficial story.
I didn't know you could aggressively confess, but thanks Yechan for teaching me
