I interpreted the question as "are you ok with how you are?". Yohan wants to live his love freely, while moogyeon was always uncomfortable with his feelings (even when he was crushing on the other guy), it's like he can't fully accept himself and the fact he likes men. He's the kind of guy who doesn't want to bother anyone and always does what everyone expects him to do. But you can't be happy if your scared of people.
If someone asked me that kind of question I'd probably break down, since I have some of moogyeon's issues.
