The size difference between them is really odd and Kotari looks like she doesn’t have forearms in half the panels why are they so stubby
I really thought after she came back for the third time that it wouldn’t be that great. I wasn’t even really sure about the majority of the story being about the Iives Julian lived. But I think I realized how attached I was to the characters when Julian was killed in front of her. I wasn’t expecting to be that sad but I sobbed until she woke up 17 again.
I might be in the minority here. I’m glad Seyun and Yuna broke up. I think Seyun was really just trying to help Yuna get Min and it didn’t feel like she held genuine interest in her. If she did have genuine interest, I don’t think that would be a good thing though. Convincing someone you like to date you while they’re feeling vulnerable isn’t great. Plus you could tell Yuna was not into Seyun in that way. I think they are really cute as friends.
I also wonder about Min being trash. Should she have been “dating” Yuna while seeing professor? No. But she did it with the contingency of it being fake and it isn’t as if she could come out on first meeting and tell Yuna, someone she barely knew, that she was dating a professor. For that reason I can forgive a bit of what Min did. I don’t forgive that she broke things off the way she did. Even though it was obvious what she was going to do by her behavior and she didn’t REALLY know how Yuna feel. I still don’t think it was good and I feel that Yuna deserved better. But I am content with her ending up with Min.
Ending felt kind of rushed. I got to EP91 and was like how is this supposed to end in 4 ep??? It was good though. I like the characters and the comedy of the story. The only complaint I have is that it felt a little cliche how both Reinelle and Karmeut had to sacrifice themselves for each other. The tit for tat sacrifice was unnecessary to me because we are already aware of their feelings for each other. Plus it was just second hand embarrassment with giant crow Reinelle flapping over yelling how she was going to finish the fight only for her to not be able to dodge one attack and end up with her lover injured. I wish we had a real break out all powerful Reinelle ending.
I don’t know what I thought this would always go on! We need more Byul! I’ll even take a grown up Byul at this point
