hi this is gonna be long ( sort of ! ) so i hope ya'll will be able to bear with me
when i first planned to read this, i didnt have that high expectations of it. just judging by the topics and comments created, i was so sure this was gonna suck. about 20 chapters in, my mind was contemplating to drop it since i cant take all the homophobia. 40 chapters in and that's when i can see the chatacter development so i tried to continue the story ( note that the manhwa was on thin fucking ice ) moving on , when ive fully caught up to the manhwa, i found myself hoping for someone to translate the remaining chapters.
honestly, for a manhwa that is created in 2008 where homophobia is rampant and overlooked, it was surprisingly informative and well written. i expected the conversation between the characters to be centered around justifying homophobia from a hetero's homophobic point of view but boy was i wrong. tho i cant say that this is a very unique story, i can be sure that this story will grow to u in no time. the manhwa talked abt things like, outing someone, lying for a good cause (?) , interanlized homophobia, fear of stepping into a world youre unfamiliar with and so many more ! if ure planning on dropping this, i suggest u to maybe read a few more chapters ^__^
a lot of dialogues are logically flawed and kind of off - putting ( ex. the mention of heterophobia Which doesnt exist >:] ) and i wont deny that but give it a chance ..
and also, does anyone have the raws?

These are the raws but unfortunately they're not free

spoilers ?? read with caution
i dont really think this will get attention at all but since im here, i might as well do it .
so if uve read homeless up to the latest, u probably have already familiarized with eun hyung's personality ( he's the blond guy if anyone doest know ) im here to explain why he's like that ( it's only what i think tho and not really a canon fact so ... )
i read a spoiler here that said eun hyung had abusive parents at home and that's why he ran away, because of that, all his actions up to now has started to make perfect sense to me. if uve all had noticed, eun hyung doesnt like apologizing directly and would mostly show it by doing something "nice" to the person he troubled. also the way he's always aggressive when arguing and would always blame the other party for what happened, it may not show but eun hyung feels regret and he's the type to do something to make up for his wrongdoings. now im gonna explain why he's like that.
most of the time, when a child grows up in an abusive household, they tend to unconsciously copy what their abusers do to them . now, if u were also abused at home, u should know that when ur parents feel like they did something bad to u , they apologize indirectly ( like by giving u gifts or suddenly turning nice ) also, when u try to argue with ur parents because u know that what theyre doing to u is unfair, they would always pass the blame to u and argue with u in a passive - aggressive manner. they would say things like " it's ur fault for leaving it like that " and " oh i'm sorry i dont think i did something wrong but since u say it's my fault then im sorry " . u can also see how he's unorganized and doesnt care much for his surroundings, though i cant speak for all, i think these are habits he developed as a 'coping mechanism' . all te things i've mentioned above are what eun hyung's been doing throughout the whole story. i suck at explaining things so i hope this makes semse >:( . so yeah, what ive been saying is that all his actions up to now is a result of his trauma. im not saying his actions are justifiable but yk, we shouldnt completely blame since it's not entirely his fault :D
also sorry for typing a whole ass essay hehe
edit : uh hi ig
cant believe marie's whole family is misogynistic
edit (since the original comment got cut off when posted and idk why ) : this excludes her aunt but includes her grandma ( clearly because her grandma believes that because mari is a girl, she has to be the one doing household chores which is really misogynistic and conforms to gender norms )
