first of all, i just wanna go back to the days when they’re just fooling around and are happy and claude is being his overprotective and doting father that he is that’s very whipped for his one and only daughter, athy. where everyone’s focus is just athy and the father-daughter relationship because the recent chapters are quite depressing (︶︿︶) second, i really don’t wanna hate jeannette (idk the spelling) cause she’s really a good kid but ofc i’m team athy so her and the king getting close is kinda meh for me

I have this personal theory that all of them are cursed by Anastacius. Claude gets headache whenever he’s with Athy because something is trying to block his memories of her. And he can sleep when Jeanny is around because Jeanny is unconsciously, unintentionally sucking the life out of him. So it’s not really about getting close. It’s about Claude being murdered slowly in a convoluted to take back the throne from him by his ‘beloved brother’. XD Something is very fishy and out baby boi Lucas can smell it. X’333
oh your theory is really interesting.. i just thought that maybe his headaches are the side effects of her changing the flow of the story (which i doubt is the case bc it is HER story now) i still have a lot of questions especially with what happened regarding the magic/mana thing but hopefully they would be answered in the upcoming chapters

I think Athy had always had strong mana, even before she was born. She inherited it from her father, Claude. And I think that’s why Diana even died in the first place. Athy had so much mana that Diana’s body couldn’t handle it. (If you can remember, Claude got angry with Diana in the first place because she chose to die giving birth to their child rather than choosing him.) I think Jeanny’s mom also died because of too much mana. XD Lucas also mentioned it when he first met Athy. That her mana is so strong that it had taken the form of Blackie so it wouldn’t burden her physical limit.
Apparently, Lucas had put several protection for Athy so she doesn’t absorb Blackie back all in one time, maybe perhaps, just gradually. But remember that Athy wore that hair pin that Jeanny bought and it was touched by Anastascius. That probably broke Lucas’ protection hence why Blackie went back into Athy so suddenly and her physical limit breached and that’s why Claude had to step in to save her from her own magic. XD
Whew! That was a long speculation. XD

haru and his insensitivity always amazes me lol im really excited to see how this story (and hakkenden) would progress because the way the author wrote komatta was really great! the subtle hints of possessiveness and jealousy would always be 100 times better than any smut and thats what i love about their stories i'll probably never get tired of rereading them over and over again

hmm idk if its the way its uploaded or the story itself is really like that but.. it felt like there are a lot of missing.. uh things? like in the earlier chapters it felt like the chapters would end abruptly or there are some missing pages? soemtimes it just doesnt make sense :< i've watched the anime and im surprised that it was really different.. because in the anime felicita was always with nova and liberta but not in this case (tho i think that kind of thing usually happens, they change things here and there).
This manga adaptation doesn't follow up the same route the anime took. The anime focused more on a setting were Fel passed more time with nova & liberta but doesn't really go deep or chase any of them thus the anime opted for a scenario in the game were the MC didn't raise any characters' affection up to 500+ amore points. She won the Duello but decided to wait since she feels to young for the job.
On this manga adaptation the story focused more on the 3 childhood trio: Luca, Debito, & Pace. So it goes deeper showing bits that weren't possible to see in the anime vers. Like Pace's origin, Luca's father.... In the anime Fel only saw Luca and Jolly as her attendant and the other the consigliere. She doesn't go any deeper than coworkers interaction. Here by interacting more with Luca, Jolly and the trio she unlocks those info and eventually got involved with Luca's personal issues. This manga adaptation follows mainly Luca while briefly focusing on his childhood friends.
Btw if you're interested in ut there are videos of the routes translated. The scenario in this manga does feel detached but I think it's mostly because the author decided to throw scenarios/cg events in the mix..

it’s so cute how the salvatore residence is the total opposite of the sperado residence. everyone adored leslie since the day she stepped on the salvatore residence! even all the knights are fond of her! it’s also cute how the salvatore family is so tough and big on the outside but are just really softies on the inside ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶ i’m so looking forward to the upcoming translated chapters
