It has the best translations and is the furthest up-to-date site for this story that I've come across. I don't know if you're much of a book person but, as long as you like the story enough I'm sure you'll enjoy it all the same. I highly suggest you read the book because it is much more detailed and there are quite a few scenes that don't carry out as much of an impact and some details that get left out in the manga. Plus on the site I read at the translators tend to leave notes at the end of each chapter that can be either really helpful or just funny which makes it an even more enjoyable read (at least to me).
