Yes,it was a misunderstanding. The real ayoung wanted to get into acting with her friend, and she was defending her the whole while. The only reason she got grossed out was because her friend touched her in a sexual way. ( I’m referring to the fake ayoung as her friend because I dead forgot her name LOL)
Basically Ash/Jinha thought that the real Ayoung got tired of her and abandoned her for that guy we saw in order to advance her career but in reality Ayoung refused to pursue any acting without Ash. When they were lying in bed Ayoung got creeped out because Ash touched her sexually since Ash had been in love with her but Ash interpreted it as Ayoung finally getting tired of her and thinking of her as a loser and a creep. Ash was heart broken which caused her to angry and kill Ayoung which also awakened her powers and allowed her to steal Ayoungs appearance. But then she found out Ayoung had never betrayed her or hated her and Ash was full of regret for what she’d done. Does that help a bitヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~
