I still find it interesting how much stuff about Kim Dokja's sexuality gets added into the webtoon. Things concerning KDJ's and YJH's relationship that were cut out of the webtoon (heavily implied romantic feelings), the weirdly emphasized added dialogue of KDJ and YJH saying they like women (none of which happened in the novel). I know that it's Korea so obv there's a bunch of homophobia, I just think it sucks how much of their heavily implied queer relationship they're removing for the sake of appealing to homophobes lmao. Idk, I feel like KDJ's and YJH's relationship is what the novel mainly focuses on, as well as the queer undertones it has, but the creators of the webtoon constantly erase it and it's like ☠☠☠ Feels like it takes away a lot of the substance in their relationship. I'll still continue reading, just kinda disappointed.
