You know, putting aside the terrible things Sangmin did, this situation is extremely unfair. Jinhyun was able to achieve this because of his past knowledge & that goddess's help. But sangmin, who is a true genius at his age, isn't even recognized. It just really rubs me the wrong way no matter how many times I think about it. Sangmin pretty much only had his career. It was his only way to leave that rotting hell. With jinhyun here, his father will never recognize him, and he'll never be free from this cycle of abuse. Honestly, I don't forgive sangmin, but his actions can be understood. He's a product of his environment. He's the shape his father made, filth teaches filth. You may argue about haemi not turning out that way, but please remember haemi is a shit ton more privileged compared to sangmin. Ugh, idk. I'm mad. I wish jinhyun would at some point recognize his issues and help him seek therapy. There's no way a single person would be able to remain sane in that kind of environment.

It is exactly what happens when you fail and have to retake some classes. If you know how to use your « past » knowledge then great, you can finish at first rank but we ALL know that is not usually the case so Jinhyun didn’t steal anything from anyone... he had an advantage and he used it to better himself. Don’t forget that he worked really hard to get everything he has.

even with his past life knowledge it is not enough to get where he is, even with his knowledge he studied hard and took all that he did very seriously and he was very dilligent in doing. i mean since he already did all this before he could have decided not to attend classes and just coming in and passing his exams with knowledge of his previous life. yes it is unfair but you can't say he didn't deserve all the good things, he worked hard in his past life and he is working hard in this life too, he takes his profession as a doctor very seriously and tries his hardest to care for his patients friends and family, he merely had an advantage and used is wisely so what the heck.

Oh, my bad. I think the way I worded it made it seem like I believed he got to where he is simply by being reincarnated. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to say he stole someone's spotlight or achieved this solely based on his memories. I know that he worked extremely hard both in high school and college. Then again, you can't deny that his reincarnation doesn't have to do with his success. The knowledge he applied when he was just a resident was that of his past life. His sense of urgency also comes from his personal experiences in his past life. I'm not denying those are his own abilities, I am just saying they are not the abilities of someone in his current body's age. Simply put, he seasoned his past knowledge and (accidentally bc of his true doctor's spirit) made use of it efficiently. He even took credit for a project he didn't come up with, which don't misunderstand, is great. I would've done the same. Both jinhyun and sangmin are geniuses in the medical field, but only one is truly being perceived as such. It was that way from the start, and while jinhyun didn't mean it in any way, it still leaves me with a bitter feeling when I think of what being acknowledged means to sangmin. Again, jinhyun was lucky enough to be able to strengthen his medical knowledge again. He'd already understood most concepts when he was in college. Whether reincarnated or not, it's HIS knowledge and HIS ability. But the reincarnation allowed him to strengthen and put those into use efficiently at a very young age, which garnered attention.
