imma be read this with indifference until it gets more to the climax and nearer to the ending cause honestly, fk the ML but also poor ML. Poor FL in the beginning and honestly, the only issue I'm seeing here from the FL first life(?) in Korea is freaking communication.
Saintess being a selfish bicht also made ML like that. ML pov is him thinking he is protecting MC the best he can, and idt he realised how controlling he was to her but all in his head is that he is protecting her. No excuses cause FL is hurt but hngggg.
This situation is like, if they did communicate better in first life, they'll probs end up being lovey Dovey even if they try to hide it, seeing how obsessed they are with each other. And with how ML was being experimented on by the govt(I think??) and the fake saintess also being there and his mind going haywire with everything, ML thinking his way of protection is the best to protect MC cause she is his weakness.
But still, poor FL .
Also, noting on the obsession part. Do take remember that the world building for this guideverse where the 'Bonding' is important. So even if it gives us modern world ick, it is a possible norm or an understable reaction/feeling in this world setting. So like, if U feel uncomfy just exit it, no need to deep dive hate this for its world building.
Also, hope CP will be in a better position in the future and get away from the fake saintess bicht
Ngl I put off reading this cause I've been seeing edits and I didn't like the gist of the premise I was getting and the ML gave me ick, but I decided to read for fun cause I have nth to read and then read the spoilers and now I think I might follow this, with indifference cause idk how to feel ngl.
