Im not sure if the main story is done with, but assuming that it is, we can infer that they live a happily ever after once that disc is returned. Now, am i certain that the disc thing is her memories? No, but she did say before that she “cant die bc she is literally data” which could be forshadowing that she doesnt die and just gets a new body. Just putting my two cents out there
