As an Egyptian I’m not sure how I should feel about random people sexualising my ancestors’ gods…. But they look hot I have to admit that
Yeah Islam is the main religion in Egypt but Christianity also coexists with it as a fair percentage of Egyptians are christians. Idk if your comment was out of confusion due to the Egyptian gods thing, but Egyptian gods were worshipped in ancient times before abrahamic religions were introduced so nowadays you won't find people (at least i think so) who worship them. However, they're still taught about as part of the history and culture.
That's interesting.
I knew they didnt worship this gods in Egypt anymore, because about 5 or 6 years ago I was really into Ricky Riordan books, he's most famous work is "Percy Jackson" that is about Greek Mytholoy.
I've read "Percy Jackson" and "The Kane's Chronicles", this one is about egyptian mythology(really good, btw), so I used to search a lot about Egyptian Mythlogy back then.
But its nice to see that you guys keep your ancestor's culture alive by knowing their religion and so. I really like to know more about people's beliefs, it's always so interesting.
Also, love the god on your profile picture, my baby Xie Lian is so beautiful.(づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ
I feel like there were a lot of plot holes. Like how come no one told Taebom how to get blood safely without hurting anyone? Like he is a newly sired vampire. Shouldn’t the head of the family tell him about safe ways to get blood? How come have these vampire families been able to sustain themselves without the need for humans? How come the head of the family keeps saying that they shouldn’t be using humans? How would they get blood then?
Ugh too many questions…
And tbh- the translation sucked. I couldn’t understand anything about this at the beginning. The grammar was off in many ways.
I really liked the side couple though. SO cute. Wished I could see more of them <3
