Tbh i rly consider this to be a happy ending for the protagonist, if I was in his shoes that would be my goal too and it’s honestly commendable that he was able to get that far

its only Wu. Wu has both divinity and calamity. As for Nagi, Hao and Kureha they can wait. Not having sex with their chosen one/servant for a long time will not do anything to them but for Wu he's 50/50. He needs to become a complete divine beast to expel the calamity in him
remember its probably a few days or weeks i don't remember before Kotone had sex with Nagi and Nagi isn't in any rush, he just like teasing/flirting with Kotone. Same for Hao, he hovers on Haru to have sex with him to send him back because he likes Nagi but it took a while before they had sex. Maybe Kureha waited for Kiyo to grow up.
If you don't mind a little spoiler, in raw they don't do it until he grow up.
