Aight, so the mc clearly has something to do with the adopted brother of the ml who died(●´⌓`●). Not good news, I know, but for people to judge the mc for his poor decision in life is just mean(・–・;)ゞ. Yes yes, the mc is wrong for letting the ml do that to him, but considering that we still have a lot to uncover from their past, we shouldn't just make some assumptions that the mc is spineless, has no self-respect, dumb, etc. The mc clearly knows what he's doing ಥ‿ಥ and yes he's aware that what he's currently doing is not gonna do him some good he's whipped for the ml and apparently, their past is also one of the reason why he can't just let himself be. It's a rising manhwa y'all, don't be too harsh on the criticism ( ；∀；) our baby mc is already suffering, it might seems weird but seeing some people pick on him cuz he made those poor decisions breaks my heart༎‿༎. Like, what's he supposed to do??? He still loves the ml but their not the same person (the one he fell in love with), he's also fooling around with other people, what's he supposed to do, huh??? Man already has these life problems coming at him and sum of y'all calling spineless ༎‿༎ okay, he might be spineless but for good reasons(༎ ෴ ༎) someone died and he's connected to it, the one he loves is not the same anymore, according to the flashbacks his father is also a problem, he's about to lose his job (I know he's gonna be the new manager of the ml, but I don't think the 2nd ml Taegu is going to be pretty chill about itÓ╭╮Ò). He's bombarded with all these nerve wracking problems, cut him some slack

As much as I love the duke, he's a no go tbh. I've read some real disturbing bl's that has some sa, r*pe, stalking, Stockholm syndrome, etc. some crazy stuff, and I can accept those happening cuz in the fist place, the story was supposed to be that way. But in this case, we were hoping for romance and normal stuff, sa is NOT going to tolerated sooooo yea, the duke is outtttttt. Andddd idk about y'all but uhhhh I kinda want Jude to have some chemistry with bb Maythan, likeeee he could be the darkhourse hehheheheeheheh. After reading the comment section.....I've finally come to the decision that I must not read this story if I have a soft heart cuz this has a lot rape it seems༎‿༎ and that uhhhh the ending was not satisfying or justifiable (´ . . . `)
I disagree I honestly think you should read it and make your own opinion at the end but just to clear some stuff up
The rape in question doesn’t really occur that often. It plays out in the first chapters and it’s pretty much not really unnecessary to the story. later on in the story you see why he did in fact rape and torment sooin. For the ending i can see the mixed feelings. I did think it has a lot to do with trauma but again I can understand the disagreement for it.
But again if it’s too much for you I understand you not wanting to continue. I for one really loved this story so yeah

But after reading your replies, maybe it's not a bad read after all?. i did search for this manhwa cuz many people said it was a great read(・_・;). And as you've said already, the rape scenes are somehow significant to the story. I guess I'll be giving it a try cuz by the way you say it, it's a great story. So uhhhh.....the fact that I actually liked this is very shocking and at the same time amusing to me. I liked the flow and structure of the story but the story or the idea of the story is quite (;ŏ﹏ŏ) hmm.... questionable? Still, it was good a read. I'll recommend this for readers that wants Eren X Levi angst hehe
