"Infertility" due to incompatibility has nothing to do with blood type. And technically a miscarriage cannot be included either. There are some studies going on regarding this topic since previous studies do not clarify it completely and due to that there's not consensus yet: why two individuals spend years trying to conceive one with another without success but they are successful with other individuals or only when going for IV.
