Prostitution is something I’d never wish on my worst enemy. It’s a shallow and empty business. You’ll never be happy imo. But then again, I’m not a prostitute so do what you want ig.
Idk man....some people like it and I respect that, if you decide to enter it, I respect you because it take guts and it makes money, at the end of the day, you're providing for your family and economy. A good example is the red lighy district in Japan, because of it, rape isn't as frequent in Japan....
I don't think that's true, on the contrary, even if statistically Japan had less rape cases recorded, they are such a heavy conservative country that the women and men probably don't come forth with their experiences. And not to be a misandrist or anything, but Japan is pretty misogynistic and that's just a fact that's been proven many times. With a somewhat steady job at least you'd still be able to make money 30 years down your life which is probably more than what Japanese prostitutes can say. The amount of money and luxury that young prostitutes make doesn't last that long and their clients are out-right perverts and probably potential pedophiles. The kinds of things they have to endure emotionally and physically just to get a paycheck is draining and unhealthy. Yes, let's say that all of what I said is untrue, there is a reality behind prostitution and that is the carnal emptiness it leaves behind. I'm sure there's lots of rich prostitutes and hosts/esses but you know what? There are also lots of bodies that are hung in desolate forests, lots of corpses of those who OD-ed, cold bodies in the rivers and lakes, bled out bodies in homes and alleyways, deformed, disfigured bodies on the streets fallen from 4+story buildings, and many more. If you were to look at the bright lights and money you forget to see the suffocating society and the mute critics that stand there judging you out of their own hate and envy on the trains to the club that you work at every night. Suicide in Japan, if not higher than most of it's economical competitors, is so extremely prevalent. My point is just that prostitution gives an excuse to let people buy each other and it's awful. Like I'm concerned with how many people think they'll just live their lives happily being prostitutes. It's not fun and games, read any memoir or article from a previous sex-worker. I'm not saying it's wrong to be a prostitute or that people who are, are worth any less, I'm saying it shouldn't be something you consider lightly, plus, if you're going to make a joke on it, at least make it clear it's a joke.
