I don't really hate Sei. What I hate is what holding them back, the past, the consequences and the people surrounds them it's as if they're carrying the whole world. Aya's bestfriend is selfish wanting her only for herself. Sei is a coward who cant seem to let go of her past. All of these situations hit close to home, it's the reality we don't wanna see. The author's way of writing this is amazing, effectively making us hate on the situations and feel their shoes

I personally agree. It's something so deep that normal people wouldn't understand. I've been in the same shoes as Sei before and no one can understand unless they've been there before as well, how it feels to get stuck in your past. It's something suffocating and addicting at the same time. I find the storyline relatable tbh

Mad respect to this. It's not easy to understand situation because the characters are portrayed the pathetic way possible but I don't think Sei is what the comment says mentally ill, love sometimes becomes an obsession and I know someone who is exactly like Sei and Aya. I also find the author amazing for making the characters effective making people hate the situation.
