Do you mean autistic? He has some characteristics but i think it's most likely just his personality combined with his trauma and emotionally poor childhood. Difficulty reading people and their emotions is usually present with people that have autism, he doesn't seem to have difficulty understanding, only expressing, so idk. He also acts perfectly "socially appropriate" in every situation, maybe even too much.
