The one we're currently on is the mature version of season two of King's Maker A.K.A Triple Crown. Since the beginning this story has been Shounen Ai, and it was during the making of season two that the creators started drawing smut scenes that depict the physical aspect of Wolfgang and Shin's relationship. There are a few additional chapters in this version, but no major changes in its plot.
