Let me get this straight…?

In a weird country, where people have either become zombies/monsters, a mother and her son lives out in a small village. The mother was at one point human, and had this mouth harmonic that she used to play. The boy grew up listening to his mother make music, until one day when the villagers and the ”head priest” came for her…because apparently zombies don’t make music or music is something humans do. So, the ”head priest” had the villagers sacrifice the mother to ”mother death”.

The boy, traumatized by it, grew up into a zombie/human man and started either being a vigilante or a law enforcer executing humans and/or zombies not following the law (?), but because of his half-human heritage had to always live with his face hidden beneath a really gross flesh-mask. He seemed to actually need proper food too, which maybe other zombies did not.
One day, while eating insta-ramen, another weird zombie suddenly brought him his mother’s lost mouth-harmonic and asked if he wanted revenge for his mother’s death.

The zombie/human man then travelled back to his village, where he found the ”head priest” actually playing xylophone inside his fancy house—such blasphemy! Making music despite him condemning the mother to death!
So the zombie/human man killed the ”head priest”, thus avenging his mother’s death.
The end.

Anyone else got another explanation?

...that the reason the title is ”the Villain Discovered My Identity” is because in THIS version of the novel, our yandere puppy Letio is the villain. (If he ever becomes Emperor, everything will just burn.)

Not Ignis.
He’s supposed to be just ”the hero with a tragic background”. (Even if he’s also a bit of a yandere too, but he KNOWS when he’s doing wrong. He just does it to survive in his father’s court)

Ignis just noticed Selena isn’t as bad at swordplay like she pretends to be.

Letio frikkin’ KNEW from the start she wasn’t Celestine.

And no matter what anyone says, I think I’m a simp for Rwan/Rowen. He’s such a MVP, and his comebacks with Ignis are hilarious (just as funny as when Selena goes around thinking FXCK! when things go wrong in the beginning for her).
