She never asks anything from the beginning.
Several questions she never dared to ask.
I wonder how much he would lie or be honest if she asked more seriously.
Tae is seen as a practically untouchable man with his future (career, marriage to a woman of high social status) practically set.
He knows this.
The fact that his relationship with Hae Soo has an expiration date, or that he might actually want to keep up the lie for the rest of his life as long as she pretends to accept it, would be feasible. I don't doubt that things could always be like this between them.
But we know that his crazy brother will be the agent of chaos who will expose this whole situation, or worse...

I think Jay is the closest we can get to understanding Tae's perspective in this whole story.
He has a broad, if not complete, view of everything. He knows Tae's past and at least Haseoo's current conditions.
He can make his own judgments about Tae's actions and try to find the logic behind them, just like us.
I have no doubt that Tae has genuine feelings for Haseoo, but the nature of those feelings has not yet been clarified. It's disturbing to see that she may be being used for some kind of personal self-fulfillment by Tae...
I wish the author would show a little more about these blind spots in the story.
If only so that the layers of complexity that the author is inserting make more sense.
Well, I'm still curious, let's follow along!

All this ridiculous drama when he came face to face with another man in the house, his fake concern, he's so detestable.
Detestable because while he was entertained with his new girl he only thought of Na Haesoo as a piece of furniture in the house, gathering dust while waiting for him.
And now he wants to act worried about her??
He's not worried about her. He's just frustrated for having lost something he considers his possession.
I feel so much hate whenever I remember how much he made her suffer, physically, mentally, emotionally and financially without even caring about her as a woman or as a person.
My biggest fear is that she, for whatever reason, will go back to this trash.
This story is so perfect. I'm truly so happy for them.
This manga is by far one of the most heartwarming stories I've found in a while.
The author is so incredible at crafting perfect scenarios to touch our emotions with such sensitivity.
I'm so grateful to have found this manga.
I feel the ending approaching with a bit of sadness, but with the joy of someone who enjoyed this beautiful journey.
