OMEGAVERSE JUMPSCARE

So I read the novel and here’s a very general summary (since it’s MTL and I can’t understand Japanese, apologies if anything is incorrect or off):

- Kana tells Naho that he’s avoiding him for Aoi recently because Aoi is leaving the prefecture for college and they won’t be able to see each other for a while.

- (I THINK?) Naho overhears a conversation between Kana and Aoi, In which they exchange I loves yous’

- Naho has a friendly conversation with Aoi where they exchange first names and candy

- Kana (I think they’re at Kana’s house in this scene but not quite sure) gets jealous over Naho giving Aoi candy earlier. Naho is insecure about their relationship and tells Kana that he knows he isn’t cute. Kana tells Naho he doesn’t want to hear him say that anymore, because Kaho is “cute to him.”

- Things get very touchy-feely and they start kissing. Kana confesses to Naho and Naho tells him that he’s okay with Kana “doing this” (kissing, etc) with Aoi as long as he stays with him as well, because he doesn’t want to lose him.

- Kana is confused at the misunderstanding, Naho tells him he overheard them talking at school.

- Kana tells Naho that he loves Aoi as a friend, and has a different type of love for Naho

That’s basically all 8 pages of the novel. Take it with a grain of salt, as google translate can be iffy, be I think that the general idea lol
