Kizu Natsuki sensei's stories feel so much like something a Cancer would write! So heavy with emotions and heartbreakingly beautiful
And it's possible how her fondness towards Oikawa begun from the relatability, because Oikawa also feels so much like a Cancer (and is actually one!).
Ahh, anyways, I'm just grateful she exists in this world, and I get to live in the same era as her. Her stories are breathtaking. I love her works, her soul, and all the sincerity she puts into each one of her stories....

So, I know the author as a fanartist long before they started as a BL mangaka. A Haikyuu fanartist, to be exact.
And because they started as a fanartist and doujinshika, their works are so obvious... like, the mangas they make feel too much like a doujinshi.
The no-rule, no-theory, unrealistic aspects in the storybuilding... like they just put in whatever they want, whatever they like, all their kinks, and not really care where the story goes and whether it makes sense or not, just as long as it's smutty and they're satisfied while making it......
I have followed them since a long time ago and always love their drawings, but that doesn't mean I'd love the stories they make, too.
To me, as a storyteller and a writer, this story is just sooo fucking ... hhhh I can't even find a word to describe it.
Just nope. Really, nope. I don't get how a story like this could pass the editorial and get published. (Well, no matter the story, BL has a huge market so maybe that's that....)
Anyways, If you're looking for a good read, this is a complete time wasting.

I agree, the art's amazing. It really is, which is why I clicked it in the first place but the story is so-so. It's a decent read if you're after the smut, but story alone is not memorable.
We simply aren't the target audience I suppose. Doesn't mean I wouldn't read their other works tho, cause I believe y'never know what you'll get less y'dive into it

At first, I kinda disliked Gaku because he constantly made the uke "dirty" when he actually can teach him with better ways, like a more fatherly figure teaching his son because Himari doesn't get that, but this is a BL, so... yeah. But turned out he's not a bad guy (HE'S SUPER GENTLE IM SHOCKED) and things turned out good for Himari, too, eventually, so I'm glad and now I ship them so hard dksdjaksajjds. This is definitely one of my favorites! A thousand compliments for the author!!! （/TДT)/

I know Joonghyuk is beautiful. I read it like a hundred times in the novel. But it was bearable. I can continue reading just fine, immersed in the story withiut feeling distracted.
But reading the manhwa is a completely different experience!
Everytime Joonghyuk appears... I just--just... I don't know.... His beauty is so fucking unbearable, I'd involuntarily scroll upwards just to see him one or two more time, and then stuck there for a while, just staring at him. Sometimes thinking about his hardships as the loneliest man in the world of Ways of Survival.
Everytime I see him, I just feel this weird feeling clenching my heart, a feeling I can't comprehend. He's just too beautiful.... I really can't describe it other than how "unbearabe" his beauty is.
