i tried my hardest to finish this but i just can’t. their relationship is so toxic from middle school into high school. i just can’t with yeonduk. he constantly keeps wanting to follow skyler when he is being used and neglected. if someone has ever treated me the way skyler treats yeonduk i would drop them in a second, kinda reminds me of an abuse relationship. yeahhh, i will not continue this.
and i understand that if he told his mom everything that had happened to him in school and how skyler treated him it would ruin the relationship between both the parents but i honestly do not like them both at all. he also knew how skyler’s mom had treated him. yeonduk’s mom was also in the wrong. i feel like she was blinded by how she was being spoiled by skyler’s mom and would not have believed her son.

Not that, like how he keeps forcing himself upon azusa , ignoring his feelings, and constantly ignoring him. on that day of the “hunt” as well he clearly could’ve told azusa not to come to school or when he hid him he could’ve at least told him what was going to happen. honestly i just believe if karino truly loved azusa he could let him trust him. they’re whole relationship is just one huge mess tbh.
Personally, I think they only realized they may be falling in love during the field trip. For Karino, it's always been about power and trying to break Azusa's will and for Azusa. I think people who are expecting a canon lovey dovey ending will be disappointed. Like, I have no doubt they will end up together, but it's essentially going to be two broken people who can't live without the other anymore.
Also, about the hunt: it wouldn't have mattered if Azusa didn't show up that day, Eno would have probably moved it to when he does go to school. Karino couldn't really explain too much over the phone since Eno was monitoring him pretty closely. I'm actually pretty annoyed with everyone else who was trying to help since they were with him longer and in person and could have explained better. Although, given what we saw and know of Azusa, even if had known the situation fully it wouldn't have mattered since he's too stubborn and proud to sit tight and do as he's told. Essentially, the only way he could have avoided it would have been to drop out of school (as was what he was already contemplating), but Atsumu just had to conveniently convince him back
