Well, since they are humans with animal traits they are probably omnivores and the difference herbivores/carnivores is just in attitude and physical strength
Bunnies... and most others are not actually herbivores, they're facultative omnivores, meaning they do eat meat from time to time out of sheer fancy, even if their diet is mostly veggies. There are also species of carnivorous rabbits too.
