I'm so curious about what will happen after Ue preforms Yuki's song. I honestly think the mangaka is building up to a scene where he will eventually snap, given everything he's been feeling, and I feel like Mafuyu's reaction to the song may be a trigger (just assuming). Either way, I really hope that happens because it seems like they've both been bottling up their feelings for a while now and, although dramatic, a burst of anger could be quite satisfying. I just really want them to communicate because if they don't, they'll 100% become a toxic couple. I hope they talk before it ever reaches that stage.
I also hope the drama between the side characters doesn't last too long because, in reality, one conversation it all it would take to solve this misunderstanding. One. If the mangaka goes "Fuck it, let's add more conflict" I'm going to be very annoyed because it takes away from the realism of the plot. I'm still disappointed that all the main conflicts are so repetitive but, alas, it is the author's execution of these conflicts that may elevate the story.
Also, here's to hoping for wholesome AkiHaru moments because your girl needs a break from the drama.
Either way, I'm looking forward to future updates because I am quite engrossed in this story.
