As I understood yeah, both of them are alive at that body (the body belongs to Lam and the head belongs to Blanche) and the manga was from Lam’s perspective and her finding out that they can never meet again because they are trapped in the same body... And she constantly said how beautiful Blanche was DAMN YOU BELONGED TO EACH OTHER WHYYYY（/TДT)/

Cain trusted sid to find the doctor (the one with the pony tail) to heal his injury but sid also hired someone to kill the doctor. When sid had thought he’d been killed he realised a copy of the doctor was killed and thats why in chapter 34 there was that whole confusion as to where cain could really trust sid and everything. Then in this chapter (35) thats when it all went down and sid TRIED to kill the real doctor for the last time (but failed). Cain confirmed sid was a traitor and tried to kill him but due to his injury he was slower than he could be so failed. Currently cain is ‘dead’ though it seems like the doctor is going to heal him someway or another (i havent read the raws so i only know up until these chapters sorry!)
