I think that it's more like the other guy was also too young to be involved in all the business stuff. So if they both love each other it's fine. I mean they both win the company and the love they deserved
I mean attraction can really be like that though. I've fallen for people I had little contact with and those feelings can be very strong. regardless, I think you're missing the point. black hair had no information on the business at that time. it was all his father. why should he have to pay for what his father did?? then the added guilt of his father dying for him in prison so that he could keep the company only to have his only remaining family betray him and give the money to a stranger. then that stranger refusing to negotiate and instead wish to punish you for your dad's sins. pretty messed up no? either way kidnapping and threatening to kill is obviously the worse crime here. but if he realizes that his revenge and self destruction can be avoided and that for once in his life he wasnt in constant misery?? thats a pretty strong reason for attraction.
