i read this so long ago, but randomly thought about it today.
basically, this girl (i believe this takes place in a college setting) has been in a relationship with her bf for awhile, and she’s really happy in it. her only issue is that the sex is too vanilla. so after talking to her best friend, she decides to bring it up to her bf, and it turns out that he felt the same (or he was just open to exploring her kinks). the best friend’s storyline also gets a good amount of screen time
i can’t really remember any other details. i think maybe the boyfriend was just out of college and she still had a year left (or the other way around)
