lol mangago is not responsible for that, the uploader/translator must've dropped it, it won't update more unless someone else is willing to pick it up,

There is a flag icon on the left side and if you press it, on the bottom it says upload chapters, type it like this:
Chapter xx
(Chapter link)

First you need to upload the chapter on imgur.com or imgbox.com , I would recommend imgur.com , it’s also easier to just download the imgur app. Next, you need to wait for it to process, then copy the link (hold down your finger on it then tap on the action to copy the link). After that, just do what it says in the beginning of this paragraph.
