I knew what I was going in for when I saw the short number of chapters but I’m still sad :( why couldn’t it be more, like it could’ve been a decent story with 50 chapters or so because I’m pretty sure they could’ve explained where the random supernatural power came from but big oof. 4/5
I just completed Wistful summer and lemme tell you that I’m heart broken, honestly why do I even read stories with hardcore love triangles? Let’s just hope this does me justice and isn’t heart breaking.

WHAT WHAT WHAT PLEASE WHERES MORE??? FLUFF SCENES?? KISSES??? SPICY SCENES??? THEM COPING TOGETHER??? THIS AINT FAIR NOT EVEN ONE KISS?????????????????? this was so good but Ima heartbroken now like why the hell did they just stop at the best part????? I really wish for a season 2 because I’m not convinced that this is the end. Anyway I give this story a 4/5 just because of how it ended and because they wasn’t any romance well kinda but still.

I wanna see SETH PLEASE LIKE ATLEAST 1 CHAPTER OF HOW HE’S DOING WOULDVE BEEN FINE. THIS DAMN MANHWA WAS ON MY LIST FOR SO LONG, I PUT IT OFF BECAUSE THE COVER ALREADY GAVE ME HEARTBREAKING VIBES AND LEMME TELL U THAT MY HEART REALLY BROKE... IT BROKE UGH. THEY DID SETH BAD. I already knew after chapter 52 that the relationship between Seth and Henry was out of the question but still it just broke my heart, all I kept saying to myself is ‘some people need to give up their first love so other people can be with their own first love or love’ :( that’s the real world, nothings fair in this world, I guess I both hated and loved this manhwa mainly hated because of how realistic it was and because of Seth :( He deserved better so much better, I broke into tears when he said something like “you were my summer” . Their breakup was clean but I know that Seth broke after it.
You know everytime Sam and Henry came up my face always remained unphased honestly. Anyway this just reminds me how much I despise love triangles
I would rate this a solid 4/5, the art style was good, the characters were a bit annoying but fine, plot was nice but it broke me so ima never look back at this. Ever.
I’m on chapter 52 and let me tell THE FUCKUNG FURY IM FEELING IS CRAZY, when I tell you that I’m literally going mad and I wanna cry, I love Seth, literally. He deserves the whole world and none of the half ass shit he’s getting out of Henry, mf Henry really needs to make a choice, it’s either SAM OR SETH, he can’t just be giving false hope to Seth :( I mean if he’s not ready to move on then just leave poor Seth alone, I honestly, really hate Sam but I understand him, whatever he does is understandable but really hella annoying, I was so happy when things were going well with Seth, but no just NO, MF SAM CAME, well he was always there to begin with but he’s....UGHGHSHS. At first I was feeling like good when Seth and Henry were going out and shit but when Sam kissed Henry, that’s when I started losing hope, but THE SECOND TIME HE KISSED HENRY was when I lost hope, i feel like nothing will happen between Seth and Henry anymore, kinda noticed since the first red flag was the age gap but it isn’t that severe, the second red flag was the 2 damn kisses between Henry and Sam, the third one was when Henry did push Sam off when he was getting kissed like I know he was getting pinned but let’s be honest, he could’ve pushed him off, and like was he not thinking about poor Seth when he got kissed??? Did it not occur to him that he’s kinda going out with an another dude that loves him so much??? The final red flag was when Sam said “what if I wanna be more than friends”. Here my rant ends. Don’t know who read it till here but yeah. Btw if Seth doesn’t end up with Henry then I don’t think i will feel bad for Seth well I will but at all honestly Seth deserves much better, and Henry’s not the only guy. I will continue reading and rant in my ending review.
