Throughout the chapter Yuri keeps having the same flashback as he is having now with this guys arrival. Since this guy is ugly I can only assume they were dating or Yuri liked him at least. In the flashbacks you see the ugly guy getting ganged up on and then you can see a hint of flames in one of the panals, so looks like some people did agree with their relationship and burned the new ugly guy, and Yuri blames himself for it and it must have been very traumatic for him so he is freaking out. And that is also why he freaked out so bad when Jarim was getting bullied cause of the picture.(ą¹ā¢ć ā¢)Łā§
