i think its more like the author is showing how quickly everyone's opinions changed once her skin color changed (or that she got the light spirit's blessings) i still hate it but i hate the parents for being wishy washy assholes instead of the author

It kinda weird how when they mixed her blessings she came out hella white..but in actuality when you mix white in black the person would still come out a shade of black..black dominates white

i guess that's true. i think the author could've just shown how everyone's opinions changed in a different way, cuz i think changing her skin color wasnt the greatest idea. maybe her hair color could've changed, or like her eye color. that would've been cooler....

Since they have a lot of med I think it's okay to trade it for a house (since they have a lot of people)
And beside, having too much med will hinder them won't it?
Like they have to bring them everywhere or smth

But like I don't really see why they need a new house now as they've been told that they could change in the future and they don't know if they plan to stay there full time. I feel like it's a waste and could potentially trade the meds for something better but you know it's whatever.
