The Emperor ruined everything and he never got punished. Tbh even if he was, it will be more of a time out bad dog type of way. So why ruin it?
At the start it was soo good, the relationship between Daniel and MC was so interesting. Why then slap a love interest for MC and a generic yandere one at that?

This is boring, the MC lack any interesting qualities, the doc is a I'm just going with the flow dude, the villain is a wet paper sheet, pisses me off whenever he opens his mouth. Does my man have no brain? Why haven't you dealt with it quickly after you figured it out?
Which brain cell of your 4 remaining ones thought that an outing was a good idea? Ahh my ribs are aching, why aren't MC's hurting? Ahh wait forgot the story lack consistency. The only good thing I liked about it was the problem that the medicine could pose, but was only talked about it at the "peak tension" of the story, I wish it was an actual problem that the pair had to solve in the story.

Why are they in love again? Oh the MC love him, forgot. The love is dry bro, no real substance, just flour. Thus in my opinion a bromance would have fitted this story more. Like the big bro and the whiny small bro with your casual slapstick comedy.
