This is clearly not the quick paced “everyone is gay, no pussy in sight” kind of piece and has a much more realistic, harsh approach heavy on plot. Right at this point neither of those characters even thought beyond heterosexuality and as you can see, Zhenya is the first slowly breaking that, albeit at the moment more so unconsciously. Given how sexual and pleasure/excitement seeking he is, he wants to fuck and he’s certainly not going to fuck a man, not by this time in the plot, and neither will Taekjoo. This is actually an excellent way to make Zhenya interested in Taekjoo sexually (although in a quite twisted way) without breaking their character.
It is still yaoi, the main focus are the two men who /will/ screw eventually.
I would love to understand the outcry about what I’ve just seen but even as a gay man I don’t understand the genuine anger directed at a mere threesome as if the woman has any larger role in the plot besides being a shared cock sleeve.

Whatever in this story gave you the idea that this would be any faster than it is, especially given how it dragged on since the beginning, and will continue so, I truly am curious since to me it seemed like this will be a marathon type of work rather than quick sprint, from the way the story begun and what it chose to focus on.
If it vexes you so, to wait 3 weeks and be this heavily disappointed, I think it is only for your own benefit to pick up something else that has faster story arcs and put Anastasia to the background to enjoy ever so often when it updates, and I mean this with the utmost respect.

I enjoy this story much more than I had initially anticipated but Jaewoo is beginning to irritate me. He had noticed not once but many times that the events he remembers from the original novel do no align with what he is living through, at this point I would assume he would’ve had at least a little doubt, that perhaps thanks to his change of behavior towards Hyeonjin and actions throughout the overall story so far, had caused shifts and changes to how the original novel was supposed to play out.
His disregard for Hyeonjin’s feelings is yet another example of it, he can’t wrap his mind around the fact that Heyonjin isn’t just a character with pre-written story anymore but a person who is paving now a new path, completely unknown to Jaewoo.
It is also amazing how Jaewoo hasn’t yet caught up to the fact that he filled in the role of Hyeojin from the original novel in terms of Mujin, he’s so blinded by how the whole plot is supposed to play out, obsessed with it going that way, that he doesn’t notice anything at all.

I think this webtoon will hit close to home the more development we see from both Si-eon and Namwoo. I can relate to Si-eon’s indifferent behaviour a little too much, his tendencies to wish for a person to depend on them, excessively spending money on their partner without really having a particular reason to do so, his whole character and demeanor is far too similar. I don’t think he’s uttered a single line I haven’t thought, said or agreed with.
My boyfriend can’t quite handle when I buy him gifts either, he always wants to repay me, saying how he will buy me something and what I want and that I shouldn’t spend money on him and why I do it. I don’t know either, I enjoy it? It’s fulfilling to see him get what he was looking at or was excited about, small things insignificant or expensive things, it doesn’t matter. I don’t really have a grand reason to do it, an ulterior motive or a thought that he’ll have to repay me. I don’t want him to, at all. I’m excessive with it similar to Si-eon, nowadays it’s a one gift per month or he will pout about it.
I’m looking forward to what happened in Si-eon’s past that caused him to behave in this particular manner, what caused his overall indifference and current character. He’s quite interesting and Namwoo is so very precious.
