Yeah you can look for english translated versions of manga online (like amazon) or I usually go to my local bookstore (Barnes and Nobles) and pick out manga from their manga section. I got Kakegurui from B&N
You can also buy them at anime cons if there are no manga shops near you or if you don’t want to use amazon. But due to corona there won’t be any anytime soon,
