For donghua watchers, the episodes ended around chapter 150 but I suggest to read from the start to get a better understanding and some things from manhua are different from donghua.

For example, his little aunt is actually his lover here. Even her design got swapped with his fiancée (donghua) from his past life. However, the relationship between these two (past life) wasn't mentioned. The girl just called him big brother. I'm not sure how it would ended it donghua but yeah, it's like that in manhua.

Also, his reincarnation is actually back and forth. He died on his wedding day from being poisoned by his cousin and he reincarnated to be a divine doctor's disciple. And then after swallowing that heavenly poison pearl, he died and got reincarnated again into his first life. Thanks to the pearl, he recovers from the poison and that's how he continues the wedding which wasn't mentioned in donghua.

As the comment under mine said, it is weird to have the huge age gap to be lovers but I have to agree with the replies more since the life the mc had before was too lonely and he deserves to fall in love plus as long as they both consent, I see no problem. Too many narratives. Boring.

There are two wrong uploaded chapters and I had to go to another site to read but that's okay. the uploader prolly wanted us to visit their site at least twice lol

It's hard to understand the concept in the earliest chapters but as you read, you'll get a better understanding. It's not boring, it's a fun read for me.

Mc was arrogant, selfish and unmotivated plus miser. This was him at the start of the chapters. There's a lot of times where I cursed him for being extra careful and a coward but he has grown a lot by now.

He's arrogant because he doesn't want others to step over him. His selfishness and miser attitude are mostly because of the system that only accepts his properties as currency like wtf? Even I would go berserk like him for money if system treats me like that. He's unmotivated before because he's afraid of death. I mean who doesn't? But he never left his comrades behind and willing to sacrifice his body for the sake of others.

He's smart and full of insights. He even outsmarted some of his teachers lol

About the girls, since one of his friends said he likes to hit the girls and spreads this news all over the places, the girls are afraid of him LMAO except for one girl. Love is blind for her XD It's not like he likes hitting the girls, he just treats them as equal. There's no discrimination. If you're a martial artist, fight like a martial artist. He's like that.

There are two instants where things are unclear like

1) what's his identity in his past life?
2) when did he say he's brothers with that orange golden skull head in his past life albeit it's a lie? This is probably mistranslation when he first lied.
