they took more than 3 years to conceive Yuuichi, because all the emotional troubles miyauchi has for being abused since child.
Everybody in omegaverse project mag can be pregnant even betas, so i guess when they get married and be completly happy miyauchi finally can conceive they're precious baby... just wait for the next chapter and the final extra.(●'◡'●)ﾉ
They have 2 kids, 2 males...go check the original art from the mangaka... u will see them in a restaurant eating as a family and one kid (the younger) is sitting near his "mom" and the older near the father.....I have also the image in one of my albums I think.

Aoi is near the mom and Yuuichi near the father. They have 2 sons. These are their sons. But in this series for the moment u will see only the first boy in the extra, bcs the 2nd one will be born years later.

it was just a draw from sensei twitter she told about that she want to draw something to pass time, i'm the typesetter from the spanish version this manga end with the final extra with yuuichi, sachimo wants continue the story but she is so busy now so even she confirmed is gonna be at S4 mag who starts this month she is not gonna release nothing until 3-4 mag around november or december.... at this point we dont know if they have another baby or Yuuchi was a Beta or Alpha,we just only need to wait for sachimo sensei clear all our doubts... for now Yuuichi is they're only child but i want they have 3 or more (づ￣ ³￣)づ
