Idk I feel like a lot of ppl don't know so just putting this out there but the uke is probably intersex where you can be born with genitals of both "male" and "female" altho usually one is underdeveloped. Trans is different and aligns more with gender identity than necessarily bodyparts. Sometimes people do decide to get surgery to change their parts, but in this case it seems like this is how the uke was born meaning he is intersex. Hope this clears things up?

I mean fuck for his whole life he has been abandoned and told he wasn’t worth shit just because he’s an omega, and Eiji took advantage of that big weakness in order to exploit Haru’ emotions for his own gain. He knew what he was doing, and only regretted it when Haru left him. You get what’s coming to you.
Do I hate Eiji? No. But I sure in hell hope he’s committed and loyal to his fiancé.
