Yes and no. My father was a homophobic when he was alive, the type of guy who didn't support bl relationships but sexualized two females. The fact that I was reading yaoi wasn't really my problem in letting my parent's know, it was more so the fact that I was writing bxb novels, and that they were getting pretty popular with votes and reads. To be completely honest, yes and no. Given that a lot of yaoi is directed towards adults and aren't graphically things a preteen should be seeing, some parts of yaoi definitely shouldn't be something you are potentially reading. HOWEVER, not all bl is as bad as some yaoi. Are you reading only yaoi, or are you reading shounen-ai as well? For your ag......   reply

Like literally! When someone in the comments of said tiktok videos call out the creator, the creators act like they didn't known (but like you know they do) and aren't the least bit sorry about it. It is okay to mention yaoi but leave out mangago.   reply

The first manga, not manhwa, was Tokyo Ghoul, but my first full manhwa was Love is an illusion. I read Tokyo Ghoul when I was thirteen and Love is an Illusion when I was 14 I think. I was a good age for it, considering I'm more on the mature side.   reply
