isn't that practically everyone and everything? most, and i do mean about 97% of any variation of comics or animation have their characters be looking the same. sure, MAYBE there'd be some changes or differences in eye shape, eyebrows, eye color, chin, jaw or body, and of course the hair (style, cut, length, or color) but OVERALL, all the characters have super similar or same base face.
and i get it, it's understandable, art is hardwork and takes time and not to mention outside forces or pressure that won't let an artist draw how they want all the time. Plus, trying to design unique characters for everybody, everytime, is a lot of extra work.
still, i can't help but wish that at least for the very main characters or the main pair/couple, that they wouldn't look exactly or practically like the other if you just swapped their hair or changed color.
you know what i mean?
----- sorry this got long; it's something that's been bugging me a long while.
