I don't really understand what's toxic about this manga.. I mean, if you guys have read Ogawa chise's, then this is something mild I think.. Also, I dont look at scenes like this as rape, more like its pushing the someone up to be more open to themselves. I would call this rape if the seme beat the uke to force himself in..
