I think that scene just shows what type of people they are. The boxer is straightforward, provocative, yet he’s mindful of the people in the apartment, while the politician guy(?) is calculated, thinks logically, but he only thinks of himself what benefits him. He tells him off like “are you trying to blackmail me?” just shows what type of people they are.

I think that the first 10 chapters should be the exposition, then after once we hit 15-20 chapters, that’s like the perfect moment to drop something.
