I only remember that both male leads know each other when they were young. 1 of them is in a abusive relationship? And has suicidal indication on his wrist. Both male leads met n fell in love and 1 of them suggested covering the suicidal mark. So they went and got a tattoo it's rose vine pattern if I'm not wrong. Then the abusive guy came n kipnapped the suicidal one n the other guy went n save him.
