I think MC is a doctor. All I remember is that 1 noble guy came and ask him for medicine since his skin was blue and the colour was caused by silver. MC gave him medicine n told him to avoid sun. If anyone knows what manga this is pls tell me

If I'm not wrong MC mom died and her father married another woman with a another daughter. Then both father, Stepmom n step sis will bully the MC. Then during either the wedding ceremony or funeral ceremony of MC mom. MC outright talk about the abuse she went through and MC mom side relative took custody of MC. It's like those fantasy kind of setting like western historical with fancy dresses
