i've been reading the translated chapters on lily, and tbh i'm debating just dropping this. i can read a lot of fucked up stuff, but reading the way juyeon torments jiwook and watching his mental state deteriorate is so painful. this story actually treats rape like rape and shows its aftermath in a relatively realistic manner, so it's hard to detach yourself by thinking of it as the old tropey rape you so commonly see in older bl (where it's depicted either as not a big deal or even humorously).

other than the brutal rape, juyeon beats jiwook so much to the point he starts shaking whenever juyeon is near him, forces jiwook to piss and shit in "pads" and then looks at him like he's disgusting afterwards, leashes and confines him to a room with no freedom to go out, orchestrates his gangrape (apparently multiple times??), gives him a dogbowl to eat out of (which jiwook doesn't) and essentially starves him etc etc. apparently even more horrifying things happen in the future (such as jiwook getting raped by a dog, him having vivid hallucinations of his rapists, attempting suicide) but i haven't read that far yet so idk how true they are.
and all of this is depicted in a truly depressing and bleak manner where even after you find out what jiwook did to nake juyeon do all these things to him, you still feel bad for him. it's not often i wish for one of the main characters to just die in a story i read, but i think the best ending would've been juyeon dying and jiwook running away OR jiwook succeeding in his suicide attempt. but in the story jiwook and juyeon end up together in the end and that's so depressing to me. they will end up miserable for the rest of their lives together.

juyeon orchestrates it because jiwook refused to stay in his home like juyeon proposed in the last chapter. juyeon takes it as jiwook being disobedient and lets jiwook get beaten and gangraped. afterwards, pictures and videos of his rape is distributed including to suhyeok (the brown haired fox eyed guy). juyeon ofc uses this as blackmail as well, and blames jiwook for getting raped ("it was your fault this happened, you didn't listen to me" etc etc). this gangrape is sort of a turning point for jiwook's mental health bx it just keeps getting worse for him from here on out.
ofc his body understands after repeatedly being raped by juyeon that angry juyeon = he's going to beat him up, not angry juyeon = sex. so his body becomes further conditioned to view "sex" (aka his rape) as a positive thing because at least he's not being hurt.

i have read until ch 22 of the novel, and he gets gangraped once however in the last chapter one of the people who raped him - lee sangjin - attempts to rape him again. someone in the comments also said that he gets gangraped multiple times - so i believe this will happen again in the future chapters unfortunately.
this story just makes me sad for both of them :/

the artist who is drawing this isn't actually the author who wrote the original novel. some parts of the novel have been changed for the manhwa adaptation and the bestiality aspect is one of them i believe, so there won't be any bestiality shown in the manhwa.

Yeah, basically but it's more than that. Kwon Jiwook was gang-raped multiple times(well, because of Park JuYeon) and he was even hospitalized after the second time when he became mentality unstable and schizophrenic, hearing the voices of his rapists, being suicidal and he had come to believe that only Park Juyeon can save him from those rapists and that he was scared that those rapists would come and find him again.
For Park Juyeon, he felt guilty. The things he did to Kwon Jiwook in the name of revenge went too far even for him and he knew he needed to take responsibility so, after Kwon Jiwook was discharged from the hospital after rehabilitation, he took him to his home.
They basically are stuck with each other.
