Am I crazy, or does this one-shot (not sure) manga not exist?

Lately, I've been wondering if I actually read this manga before or if it was just my imagination. It started as a normal couple doing normal couple things—going on dates, living together—until they had a fight. In the heat of the moment, Person A hit their lover in the head, killing them. But Person A still loved them so dearly. As I saw it as a reader, they wept and cried while cleaning the body, preserving it in the refrigerator.

Each day, Person A would cry while cooking and eating their lover, as if they wanted them to become a part of them. They also cried while cleaning their lover’s bones. Then, one day, only the head was left. Person A was devastated upon realizing that there was nothing left of their lover. Struck with an idea, they believed they could finally be together forever.

Person A… hammered out their own teeth and took the teeth from their lover’s head. They brought them to a dentist to have their lover’s teeth implanted as their own. At the end, they were satisfied with their new set of teeth, and the story closed by showing a missing poster of their lover. Alongside it, there were many other missing person posters, perhaps foreshadowing that their lover was not the first victim.

But what really unsettled me about this story was that there were no dialogue lines—just pictures and emotions, letting you interpret the story however you wanted. Maybe, as a 16- or 17-year-old at the time, I was so traumatized by it that now, whenever I'm looking for entertainment, I find myself searching for that specific manga again.

I even ask myself, "Was that manga really real?" "Did I actually read something like that?" Because I used to Maladaptive daydream a lot at that age, just staring at nothing, to the point where my parents and cousin would ask if I was okay.

So if you've ever read something like this, please let me know the title. Even I don’t remember the full story or the genre. The only clue I have is that I was obsessed with yaoi manga back then—I read all of them, no matter the genre. So maybe this manga was yaoi? A one-shot? (Since it only had one chapter?) Idk, so if you've ever stumbled across something similar, please do share it here. I would willingly read it.
