1) I loved the angsty undercurrent of Ryuusei's unrequited love running through the first couple of chapters. I felt it so much, but I am also glad it was not dragged out, just nice!
2) I think every fujoshi in mangagoland reading this wants to date Sawami. He is just so goddamn attractively drawn with a great personality and maturity to boot. I was swooning at every panel he appeared in.
3) But Ryuusei truly is the MVP of this story - so fucking cute and yet a MAN who is deeply in love his vulnerability shows on all his expressions. I just wanted to squeeze and hug him.
This was a lovely story, and I love the relationship transition, its nuances and how their feelings changed as the years went by. The complexity of their feelings for each other could have been told in more chapters, but as it is, flow is good . I pity those who cant see pass the literal translation of "falling in love with a child" and therefore condemning this to hellfire. So its too bad they cant appreciate it for what it truly is - a well-written age-gap romance.
I absolutely loved the flow of the story and the build-up of their relationship over meals. No major misunderstandings, just two consensual working adults exploring their love for each other emotionally and physically. 10/10 from me.
SAMEEEE THEY R SLOW BURN WITH A NICE FLOW FOR A 7 chapters without a rush
