If they broke up because you couldn’t process the fact he doesn’t love you and now he’s heartbroken and alone and refuses to call you a friend, there ain’t no saving you my guy, learn where that LINE IS BRO. You’ve been harassing them since they first got together and now that they’re on the verge of breaking up because of you NOW it’s too much and you ONLY meant well. Alright buddy. GOD this guy pisses me off so much, sorry for the rant, but there ain’t even a redeeming quality about him and probably worse than any other third wheel I’ve ever seen holy crap. Take a HINT, even if you did succeed and start dating him, you’d probably make his life miserable with how much you only think about yourself and literally no one else’s opinion (╬￣皿￣)凸

Don’t get me wrong, Aqua’s death was crazy especially since I thought he, with the others, deserved happiness. I wanted him to be able to pursue acting or his medical career and end up with Kana (sue me but they were cute af)
But I think Aqua dying is what made this ending good because it gave this manga a sad and dark ending yet the past few chapters with Akane talking and now Mem-Cho brings back what this manga was truly about, showcasing the negativities in life and showing the light and hope within it. Like having you lower your guard and become vulnerable but instead of beating you to the ground it gives you a warm hug and tells you “it’ll be alright, you’re not alone in this” like it’s been doing to the characters and us since chapter one. It was an ending to fit the journey we’ve been through with this story. It’s not a fulfilling ending or an ending we wanted, but it’s an ending I’m satisfied with.
Not to mention I just loved the fact that they didn’t show the POV of all the characters and just Akane and Mem-Cho, because it won’t show us why they did things or what happens to them next and why like it’s been doing the whole manga, but rather make them feel more personal like WE are the fans now rather than the characters (if that makes sense) and that’s a really smart way to go about it because it genuinely feels like I’m no longer a part of their lives, they’ve grown up and left, and we’ll be here watching and supporting type stuff and it fits

I know, the seme is really pissing me off because he needs to work on his communication skills and personally if it were me I would’ve IMMEDIATELY told my partner especially after the best friend just straight up threatened to steal the uke away.
However this best friend SUCKS a lot more and I hate him so much, no normal person should ever try to steal someone from a relationship, MUCH LESS a so called “best friend.” If you have a crush on your friend and you didn’t confess that’s on you, let your friend be happy, don’t try to ruin the relationship and confess your feelings when they’re LITERALLY IN A RELATIONSHIP oml this manhwa I swear is making my BLOOD BOIL

Hey I don’t wanna be rude or anything but whoever’s this translator can you stop translating these chapters?
Honestly the translations suck and you’re changing words to brain rot terms like skibidi and what not which I feel like is extremely disrespectful to the author behind My Guildmate Next Door. I’m sure it takes a while to translate and I don’t want to be ungrateful however your translations don’t come across, you don’t include every panel, you change existing words to be “funny” and just overall ruining the experience of the manhwa.
Theres already a good translator, bingsoo cat cafe translating PLUS officials, so stop trying to get people to drop the manhwa because the quality lowered, it isn’t exactly helping and hardly anyone would be willing to read this over waiting for the officials…. It’s just making me sad that these awful translations are probably going to be a permanent record on such a good manhwa.
Genuinely I think it would be a win win for both sides if you stop, you stop wasting your time, and we get better translations

Am I crazy? I thought this was probably one of the best endings an anime has had in a while (￣∇￣"), like it wasn’t what I expected at all and actually kinda fit pretty well, sure a part of me was hoping Aqua didn’t actually die but I think him being reincarnated just to protect Ruby so that her dream can come true was actually kinda sweet and how everybody learned to grow past their pain.
And then I go to the comments and everyone’s saying it’s the worst ending like dawg, I’d prefer this ending over whatever ending MHA had like a thousand times over, maybe I’m just used to crappy endings or something or I’m not crazy and this ending was actually good
And if anything this just made me super excited for the ending to be animated so that I could get my friends to see it before I get too excited and spoil it

For some reason the topic I had saying this didn’t post (if it did and I’m reposting, sorry about that) but here’s an explanation of the artstyle change:
Can you guys please stop complaining or hating on it?
The original artist left because of financial issues that was literally explained in one of the extras, so you guys should’ve known this
If anything, it’s a good thing that the artstyle changed because countless different comics I know have been cancelled for the same reason and haven’t been updated for years since, ending it early
That literally could’ve been this manhwa right here so the fact that they hired a new artist to keep going is probably the best case scenario we could’ve gotten
Regarding the new artist, that entire hiatus we had between og artist chapters and new artist chapters was spent SOLELY for the artist to come as close as possible to matching the unique style. With that little time, it’s nearly impossible to perfectly replicate it so yeah it sucks we lost the unique style but every chapter the artist is clearly getting better and more similar so I can’t believe how hurtful you guys are being to someone who’s trying their best JUST for people like you
With the way you guys act saying you’re dropping it because you can’t stand it or calling it shit just like, stop. Would you guys have preferred the manhwa for TBATE be cancelled? I’m sick and tired of seeing you all complain every chapter for one of the best manhwas and stories I’ve read and not talking about the chapter itself or how cool it is.
Sorry for the rant but I’m just tired of it all and want you guys to stop and know the full story. I feel so bad for the new artist to work tirelessly and their best to make you guys happy only to get comments like this
